Time to shed some stress and get refreshed! Group focus is on cultivating joy, ease, and warm connection—through contagious group laughter exercises, with short breaks of soothing belly breaths. Each class ends with guided relaxation. Health benefits include increased energy and alertness, mood elevation, stress relief, positive connections with others, and an immune system boost.
